Your source for all things SUP!
At Optimal SUP we offer training and instruction for fitness, competitive SUP racing, as well as recreational paddling and tours to some of the most beautiful locations anywhere!
We train recreational and competitive athletes as well as those just looking for an enjoyable time getting in phenomenal shape while learning a new set of skills. We offer bio-mechanically correct training that has been scientifically tested and competition proven. We take pride in ensuring that ALL of our students develop solid fundamentals to ensure both safety and an amazing experience on the water. We do this through one on one private instruction and/or small group training. We limit the size of our group training sessions to ensure each student gets the personal attention necessary to provide them with the opportunity to develop their techniques properly and get optimal results.
Training is available for all ages. We do require that anyone getting on the water for our training be able to swim.
